Wednesday 16 February

11.00-11.30 Tasting of African Organic Chocolate

Following the equator, African organic cocoa beans are offered from Madagascar, Tanzania, Uganda, Eastern Congo, Sao Tomé Ghana, Ivory Coast and Sierra Leone. This tasting provides you the opportunity to taste the full flavour of African chocolate. And you can get into contact with the story and the exporters behind it.

Agro Eco LBI’s certification expert Christian Mensah will compare the different certificates and its implementation in the field
