The Africa Pavilion assist exhibitors in the pavilion with Visa invitation letters for applying for a Visa to travel to Germany.
Procedure
- Fill in the Visa invitation letter form and send it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
- The Africa Pavilion will then forward your provided information to the Nürnberg Messe representative who issue the official invitation letter.
- Once received from the Nürnberg Messe representative, the letter is forwarded to the exhibitor.
Important
- Be sure to start early with the application to the German Embassy as it takes many weeks to obtain a Visa.
- Find out the specific requirements from the German Embassy in your country / where you will apply for the Visa.
- In many cases, the Embassy require a booked and confirmed hotel reservation in Germany for your entire stay. The Africa Pavilion can assist you with a hotel booking under the conditions that the reservation is paid immediately. Hotels and booking information.
- A paid air ticket is usually required in order to obtain a Visa.
- A travel insurance is usually required when applying for a visa to Schengen/Germany.
The Organic Africa Pavilion is not covering any insurance for the participants. The participants have to acquire this before traveling to Germany.
