No pavilion in 2012

E-mail Print PDF

Dear colleagues, exporters, friends and exhibitors in the Africa Pavilion,

Grolink and Agro Eco - Louis Bolk Institute have organised the Africa Pavilion for four years, from 2008 through 2011, but now it is time for a break. We will not be organising an Africa Pavilion during the Biofach 2012.

The decision to postpone the pavilion until 2013 is due to lack of funding. We have sold the stand space to exhibitors for less than the actual price through-out the years and we are dependent on funding from donor organisations to continue to do so. We promise to work very hard and hope to offer the service to you again in 2013!

Meanwhile during the BioFach 2012 exhibition, Agro Eco LBI and Grolink will have a stand in hall 4 and offer a number of services extracted from the Africa Pavilion; a meeting area with wireless internet, match making for African exporters, promotion of organic products from Africa and chocolate tasting - the success from 2011!

Do you want to do something extra? We will have shelves in the stand for you to display some products (not big volumes) and your brochures. For this service we will charge 500 euros per company. We advice you to be quick because the space is very limited.

With best regards,

Kari Orjavik and Bo van Elzakker

Grolink and Agro Eco LBI
